“For Children with Intellectual Disabilities & Neurodiversity (9+ years) INLY Tech Global Private Limited & ALAN Foundation” Growing Safely, Growing Confident is an online, parent-led webinar series designed to support parents and caregivers in guiding their children with intellectual disabilities and neurodiversity through age-appropriate, respectful, and rights-based sexuality education. The programme empowers parents to talk with clarity and confidence about bodies, boundaries, safety, emotions, relationships, and dignity, using approaches that are simple, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate.
Who Is This Programme For?
- Parents and caregivers of children 9 years and above
- Families of children with:
- Intellectual Disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Conditions
- ADHD
- Learning and Neurodevelopmental Differences.
No prior knowledge or training is required.
What Parents Will Gain
- Practical guidance to talk about body awareness and puberty
- Tools to teach safe and unsafe touch
- Strategies to build personal boundaries and consent
- Support to address curiosity, emotions, and relationships
